"IMPROVE DECISION MAKING"

"Sport Sparks allowed me to reconsider my assumptions and be more thoughtful by taking me through a structured creative thinking process.

I have had use of Sport Sparks from its inception. And it has contributed in perturbing new ways of thinking and broadening options to consider when problem-solving.

The nature of my role places a degree of pressure on me so having Sport Sparks as a tool during these periods allows me to work to my strengths, which is the reason for being employed in the first place.

The future value of Sport Sparks lies around the deliberate act of developing creative thinking and decision-making capabilities. When we are left to our own devices or we are under pressure, we may ‘revert to type’ and have cognitive biases. This can narrow our view of available options and not challenging our own decision-making.

Sport Sparks can be a tool to systematically help us develop creative thinking and improve decision making both at an individual and organisational level."
